Before founding LPD, President Liam Mogan cut his teeth working as an operating engineer for a premier commercial construction company based in Los Angeles with projects located throughout California. Most recently, Liam was the structural excavations foreman for the LAX ConRAC, day supervisor for the IBEC Stadium and project superintendent for the Fast and Furious Project at Universal Studios Hollywood. Skilled in field operations, logistics and supervision, he has transferred his experience to residential real estate development with a special interest and ability to work with steep hillsides and landslide repairs. With the completion of the “Concrete Oak Residence” in Montecito, LPD is now working with clients in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties.
